  4. Distribution Pedals Business Cards at the Waterside Bridge opening (2 June) and Family Fun Day on both sides of the Trent on Sunday 14 June (10am-4pm)
  5. Update on opening of the Waterside Foot-Cycle Bridge at 12.00 on Tuesday 2 June including detailed arrangements (including detailed route, marshalling and tail-ending, etc.) for Pedals circular celebration ride at 5.30pm, etc. (Hugh McClintock & Samuel Shoesmith)

Update on plans for the next East Midlands Cyclists’ Forum on Saturday 3 Oct 2026 including costs / subsidy, including refreshments, lunch, timing of Eventbrite bookings and requests for local campaign updates, handling of bookings, main room and kitchen hire, IT arrangements, etc., (Dave Smith, Susan Young & Hugh McClintock).

  15. Travel Well Pop-up hub promotion -Victoria Embankment: request for help on 8 May from Antonia Charlton (Samuel Shoesmith)
  16. Bike bus developments: Samuel continues to support the Haydn Road Primary School Bike bus with the Pedals mobile PA.  A parent of a child at a primary school in Carrington is starting a bike bus on Friday 22nd May, Samuel plans to support this too.  City Council ‘Achieve Well’ team are keen to be involved and can put write up in their newsletter.
  17. Next Kidical Mass Nottingham ride is on Sunday 28th June leaving Victoria Embankment Children’s Cycle Park at 11am.  Dr Bike will be there from 10.30am (Bikeworks). Volunteer corker / marshals needed please?
  18. Next Critical Mass Nottingham ride is Friday 29th May leaving from near the cycle stands between The Bell Inn and Old Market Square. Ride leaves at 7pm.
