Pedals Beeston Road Show - Monday 29 June from 8-10 p.m. in the Commercial Inn

Dear all

We have now fixed the arrangements for the Pedals Road Show in Beeston on the evening of Monday 29 June, the first of what is intended be a series of local events to develop closer contacts between local Pedals members in different parts of Greater Nottingham and the main activists who attend our monthly meetings in The Globe PH in The Meadows on the third Monday of each month as well as to mark the 30th birthday of Pedals.

The meeting will be in two parts, with the first part focusing on a slide show about the ups and downs of Pedals history while the second part will focus on a discussion about priorities for future local action, to help us tap the views of a wider range of members. The meeting is open to all cyclists, whether members of Pedals or not, and indeed to anyone interested in promoting cycling.

I do very much hope that you will be able to join us on the 29th June and, in any case, would appreciate your help please in using the attached poster to publicise the event to anyone (including different local organisations) who may be interested.

with best wishes and many thanks for your support

Hugh McClintock
Chairman, Pedals
