A forum for discussing and taking decisions on local issues.
Invited speakers and special discussions on every aspect of cycling.
Open to all members and held in the upstairs room of a convivial hostelry, (i.e. not in the bar area!)
Meetings are held on the third Monday of each month at 7.30 p.m.
All members (and prospective members) are VERY WELCOME!

Meeting are held in the upstairs room at The Globe Public House, on the corner of Rye Hill Street and 152 London Road at the edge of The Meadows.
This is on the corner of London Road and Rye Hill Street just north of Trent Bridge and near Meadows Way.

You can bring your bike inside by using the fire escape at the back.
If coming by bus there is a bus stop nearby on Meadows Way.

  Pedals monthly meeting including discussion with Gary Smerdon-White, Chairman of Ridewise about Pedals involvement in the recent successful bid for Transition funding by Ridewise.

• Monday 20 February 2012:
  Pedals monthly meeting including discussion with Heidi Duffy of Nottinghamshire Constabulary about the Notts. Road Safety Partnership 'Think Bike - Give Cyclists Space' car sticker campaign, and cycle thefts.

• Monday 19 March 2012: Pedals monthly meeting
• Saturday 31 March: 2012 Annual General Meeting, at the Friends Meeting House on Clarendon Street. Doors open at 10.00 for a 10.30 start.
  There will be time to network with others after the formal business.
  Refreshments will be available but please bring food for lunch.
  Folding bikes may be stored in the building, otherwise parking for bikes is outside.
  We hope to have a short bike ride in the afternoon e.g. to Attenborough Nature
  Reserve.
