The City Council included maps of the main cross city centre routes for cyclists in the new Parksmart tourist and pedestrian orientation signs introduced in conjunction with the Parksmart car parking zone signing scheme in the Autumn of 2009.

Below is a picture of one of these small maps to be found in the bottom corner of these signs.
So far they are not available as hard copies but we have suggested that they should be asap!

Sustrans National Cycle Network Route 647: Harby-Fledborough Viaduct - Clumber Park

The traffic-free path from Lincoln across the Nottinghamshire border to Harby has now been extended to cross the River Trent on the magnificent Fledborough Viaduct and then follow quiet lanes to NCN Route 6 in Clumber Park.  

The route is part of the longer Dukeries Trail between Saxilby in the east and Shirebrook in the west, with railway stations at both ends.
